In many great images we find ourselves drawn to, it may be because of the secret about a secret within the story of the image.
The image will says much, often with so little … Context, and opening phrase … or jesture …
These hooks will form the foundations of a secret about a secret.
It will be left to us. We have to ferret out what the image says to us, through its obvious and subtle visual clues …
It’s like the opening phrase of a really catchy first sentence in a novel … which we get to finish …

As one more well known example, Mel Gibson in “BraveHeart” in blue face makeup riding his horse dashingly is the same man who was photographed during an evening drunk by the local constabulary.
